Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, and a member of the senior management team you will be providing commercial human resource structure, advice and guidance.

You will be responsible for delivering best practice HR across the organisation whilst ensuring that the business continues to take a commercial approach. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to interact effectively with the Directors whilst still maintaining a hands-on approach in your role and with the business and with the teams reporting to you.

We are looking for an individual who cultivates an environment of continuous improvement and works with the senior management to ensure that the HR division provides the best practice.

We are a truly innovative fintech platform who are on an exciting growth journey having recently secured substantial funding from institutional investors.

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a HR role.
  • You are a self-starter, enthusiastic, and have the ability to work autonomously with confidence.
  • CIPD qualified
  • Have substantial progressive leadership experience within HR; specialist knowledge of
    employee relations, employment law, policy and procedure setting, organisational planning and development
  • A proven track record of being a successful participant in the leadership team
  • Understanding of FCA regulations around employment
  • Has exceptional verbal and written English skills (other languages are a plus)
  • Is creative, energetic, resourceful, takes initiative, self-motivated and a team player
  • Is highly organized, determined and detail oriented
  • Experience in a Financial or Professional services organisation
  • Strong communication skills in all formats (verbal, written) and ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organisation
  • You are excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency for completing and following through on tasks; resolves challenges in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking in public
  • You have the ambition and determination to shape this role yourself


  • Experience in employee benefits
  • Has good knowledge of the FinTech industry (not mandatory)
  • Within in a credit organisation
  • Worked within a Financial Services technology business
  • You have experience of using CRM tools
  • Systems literacy knowledge in PowerPoint, MS office, Excel and Word
