We are currently looking for a creative and driven Marketing and Communications professional to join and head up our Marketing team. You will be working closely with the executive team in developing the marketing and communications strategy.

You will be responsible for executing all the marketing and communications activities – including social media, PR, branding, content, and events. You will be an integral part of the team and will also work alongside the product and business development team to drive the business forward.

We are a truly innovative fintech platform who are on an exciting growth journey having recently secured substantial funding from institutional investors.


  • Producing an engaging content strategy across all channels;
  • Building and managing a media network for industry-wide coverage;
  • Develop a marketing and communications strategy:
    – for the products and services of the business;
    – for supporting strategic initiatives and new business opportunities;
    – by defining and executing a marketing roadmap;
    – by launching marketing campaigns targeted at both internal and external stakeholders;
    – by identifying opportunities to build and expand brand presence across all channels;
    – by leading the social media strategy;
    – by establishing and managing editorial and industry events calendars.
  • Follow and report industry trends, best practices, competitive activity and areas of opportunity
  • Coordinate with product and business development team to implement the marketing & communications strategy
  • Analyse media coverage and PR campaign performance for company-wide reporting
  • Optimise online marketing and social media execution through the means of marketing automation
  • Work with PR, Marketing and external design partners to create and design campaigns
  • Oversee the management of SEO best practice and content development strategy
  • Critically review customer and campaign data, look for trends, build hypotheses and repeat, driving optimisation


  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a Marketing and Communications role.
  • You are a self-starter, enthusiastic, and have the ability to work autonomously with confidence.
  • You have worked in a growing business and have experience of selling a B2B offering.
  • Has Bachelors and/or master’s in marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in a B2B start-up or a high-growth organisation within innovation teams
  • Understanding of FCA regulations around Marketing and PR
  • Has exceptional verbal and written English skills (other languages are a plus)
  • Is creative, energetic, resourceful, takes initiative, self-motivated and a team player
  • Is highly organized, determined and detail oriented
  • Experience in a Financial or Professional services organisation
  • Strong communication skills in all formats (verbal, written) and ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organisation
  • You are excited by the prospect of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
  • Ability to act with a sense of urgency for completing and following through on tasks; resolves challenges in a timely manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable speaking in public
  • You have the ambition and determination to shape this role yourself – we will give you lots of room for growth.
  • Website management experience desirable


  • Experience in employee benefits and financial services
  • Has good knowledge of the FinTech industry (not mandatory)
  • Within in a credit organisation
  • Is comfortable with Adobe suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Has Bachelors and/or master’s in marketing or equivalent work experience
  • Worked within a Financial Services technology business
  • You have experience of using CRM tools
  • Systems literacy knowledge in PowerPoint, MS office, Excel and Word
