Our salary advance loans don’t affect borrowers credit score and applies to all credit types.

 GettaSub effectively end the need for employee stress suffered from short term, unplanned financial obligations. All our loans are controlled via our app and web portal, which allows employees to instantly access their money. 

Launched in 2018, and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, GettaSub is already fast becoming the market leader in the short-term lending space.


As a Regional Business Development Manager, you’ll immediately become a key member of a highly motivated and energetic team.  Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for identifying sales prospects and managing the whole sales process; from first contact to final negotiation and program launch.

Our Regional BDM are masters in both sales and customer service, aiming to convert each enquiry and reengage each ‘lost’ employer that comes our way. They are skilled in all stages of the customer journey, from first enquiry to program launch. You will be  proactively engaging with new employers, making use of numerous different contact strategies, primarily using the phone and face to face meeting but also including emails. You will need to be dynamic, creative and driven to succeed both as an individual and as part of a team.

We are a truly innovative fintech platform who are on an exciting growth journey having recently secured substantial funding from institutional investors.


  • Develop new business relationships with the objective of generating revenue for the organisation
  • Generate new business through existing relationships and networks
  • Work closely with our referral partners to close business with established organisations
  • Conduct face-to-face, screenshare and phone meetings.
  • Work closely with the Director of Sales to create quarterly and yearly plans.
  • Qualify leads generated through digital marketing to maximise our chances of success.
  • Present the organisation to potential clients through various communication channels, i.e. in personal meetings, calls or by e-mails
  • Identifies product improvements by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  • Work with the Product Team to ensure your clients’ needs are met.
  • Manage client relationships throughout the sales cycle, including launch.
  • Ensure effective handover of signed contracts to the Relationship management team enabling fulfilment of contract obligations


  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in a technical or financial sales role.
  • You are a self-starter, enthusiastic, and have the ability to work autonomously with confidence.
  • You have worked in the sales function of a growing business and have experience of selling a B2B offering.
  • You have a prospecting mentality and an inquisitive nature.
  • You have outperformed your targets or have been recognised as a leader in your peer group.
  • You have a logical, analytical and investigative mind but with great charm and excellent powers of persuasion.
  • Much have excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Cross-functional influence, relationship building, and project management skills
  • You are degree educated (or equivalent).
  • You are a persuasive communicator, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, and are capable of comprehending and presenting complex technical topics and specialised information in an easy to understand format.
  • You are passionate about technology and social impact and want to help build a business that delivers a meaningful difference to society.
  • You have the ability to work with employees at all levels of the organisation in an open office setting and a highly collaborative environment with a high growth, start-up mentality.
  • Strong communication skills in all formats (verbal, written) and ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organisation

  • Experience in employee benefits and financial services
  • Within in a credit organisation
  • You have experience of selling both a B2C and B2B offering.
  • You have experience of using CRM tools to track your sales pipeline.
  • Systems literacy knowledge in PowerPoint, MS office, Excel and Word
